2007 Craft Show Work Schedule

October 19th and 20th

Setup - Friday 4:30 P.M.

Setup Notes: If you can't get there at 4:30, get there as soon as you can. The first people there will be marking the booth spaces. The vendors start showing up at 6:00. After the spaces are marked, we'll be putting out tables and chairs and setting up the food area. If you have a long measuring tape, please bring it along. When you measure booth spaces, allow an extra couple of inches to be certain they get the full space advertised. The hallway booths are advertised at 15 feet. Mark them as 15 feet 6 inches and leave 6 inches between each booth. That way if they rent two of our 8 foot tables, they'll have the 16 feet they need it. Start at the very ends of the hallway and work your way toward the intersection near the office. That way if you need an extra couple of inches, you can take it out of the intersection. In the gym, use the floorboards as a guide to help you get the booths lined up straight. Be sure to make the aisles as wide as possible.

Mark each booth with a 3x5 card showing the booth number.

The setup crew also needs to get the tables set up for our food and bake sale areas. If the booths 6 thru 13 have some vacancies, consider setting up some cafeteria tables there for people to dine.

The cleanup crew needs to get the tables and chairs put away and get tape that marks the booths up off the floor. The school janitors normally help us out with that too.
